SHIPPING
All packages are sent through the United States Postal Service. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days of being placed. Domestic orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days, while international orders can take up to 2-4 weeks. Tracking information is provided in each shipping notification email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for orders sent with an undeliverable or incorrect mailing address.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We will accept returns only if you receive a defective or wrong product. Please select correct size and item prior to checkout. We cannot accept return/exchange items returned to us without contacting us. If you have any questions, please email us at info@nohoursbrand.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY (DUTIES & TAX)

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by NOHOURS, please contact your local postal services for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your order is refused upon delivery, it will not be returned to us and no refund will be processed.
